ORDERING

We currently deliver to all worldwide destinations. We must receive the whole payment of the price displayed for the products and postage (if applicable) that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received, we will confirm with you that payment has been completed and that we are able to process your order.

Customers are requested to check and confirm they have entered the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Should there be any error in the details provided for the recipient or for the amount to pay, we cannot be held responsible for the failure to deliver. Charges related to forwarding or re-shipping the package to another recipient or to a different delivery address will be the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED GOODS

Please let us know if goods arrive damaged or if there are any other problems within three days.
Should we find that the goods have been damaged through no fault of you the buyer, then a full refund plus postage and packing will be offered.
